SmartTrader by Robert Lindner "Stronger Together" Campaign Terms and Conditions
This "Stronger Together" Campaign ("Campaign") is conducted by SmartTrader ("We," "Us," or "Our") for the benefit of existing members ("Referrer(s)") who introduce a new contact ("Referred Contact(s)") to the SmartTrader Community.
By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Both Referrers and Referred Contacts must adhere to these Terms to qualify for rewards.
1.1. The Campaign is available to existing and new members with an active account (membership) at SmartTrader.
1.2. Referred Contacts should be new members of our community who have not previously been a member of SmartTrader.
2.1. Upon successful referral of a Referred Contact who joins the SmartTrader Community, both the Referrer and the Referred Contact become eligible for a one-month VIP membership voucher, provided the Referred Contact deposits at least $500 (or equivalent in other currencies) and completes at least 10 trades. Vouchers are provided individually to each campaign participant.
2.2. Additionally, referrers can earn milestone rewards for achieving a certain number of successful referrals.
3.1. Vouchers earned by the Referrer can be used by any community member, at any time, to extend an existing or reactivate an expired VIP membership.
4.1. Referrers must share their unique referral link, provided by SmartTrader, with the Referred Contact.
4.2. The Referred Contact must use the Referrer's unique referral link during the signup process to be identified as a referral.
4.3. The referral link should be used at the time of registration; retroactive referrals will not be honored.
5.1. Upon satisfying all referral requirements, SmartTrader will notify the Referrer through email or other communication channels as well as on the “Stronger Together Statistics” / “Track Your Progress” page within the SmartTrader website.
5.2. The Referrer has the discretion to either redeem their vouchers immediately or accumulate them for future use.
5.3. Vouchers will be credited to the respective accounts or provided as separate codes, based on the decision of SmartTrader.
5.4. Vouchers are transferable but can only be utilized by those who have previously held a VIP membership.
5.5. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.1. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
6.2. Fraudulent or dishonest activities, such as creating multiple accounts or providing false information, will lead to disqualification from the Campaign.
6.3. By participating in the Campaign, Referrers and Referred Contacts agree to absolve SmartTrader from any liability related to the Campaign or the use of the vouchers.
6.4. Any participant found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior may be disqualified.
6.5. We are not liable for any technical problems, including but not limited to communication failures, that could prevent the successful tracking of referrals or redemption of vouchers.
6.6. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or fees incurred as a result of participating in the Campaign or receiving the voucher rewards.
6.7. Personal information gathered during the Campaign will be managed in accordance with SmartTrader's privacy policy.
6.8. By participating in the "Stronger Together" Campaign, Referrers and Referred Contacts confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the most recent version of the Terms before engaging in the Campaign.
6.9. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which SmartTrader is located, and disputes relating to the Terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of that country.
